Orionox Dialer is a list of numbers dialer. Orionox Dialer can operate in two modes: manual and automatic. In manual mode, agents can dial the leads from web page one by one. In automatic mode, Orionox Dialer automatically dials the number of leads configured by auto dial level and connects dialed leads to agents when the call is answered.
